About these terms
These terms cover using thew2collective.com and asking us for a free preview. Paid work is covered by the written quote we agree with you.
The free preview
The preview really is free: we build a first version for you to look at, and you are under no obligation to buy. Until you decide to go ahead and pay, the preview stays ours, and we never publish it as your business's real site without your agreement. While you look at it, it may sit on its own web address, kept out of search results.
Prices and payment
We give you one fixed, one-off price once we know what you need, agreed in writing before anything goes live. We do not charge monthly fees. If a project needs a paid third-party service, such as a domain name, we tell you the cost first.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the website or system we built is yours: the domain, the content and your data are in your name.
This site
The W2 name, logos and the words on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them without asking. We keep everything as accurate as we can, but the written quote we send you is what counts.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the business changes; the date at the top shows the current version. For any questions, email enquiries@thew2collective.co.uk or send us a WhatsApp.
